OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Estrella Medical Center- In Person

This is a two-day class series which will be held on May 16^th and May 23^rd from 6:00pm-9:00pm.

We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices. A tour of our OB area is included.

Please bring snacks, water and dress comfortably each class.

On the first night of class, please bring 1-2 pillows, a yoga mat or blanket.

Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
