This class is designed for breastfeeding individuals, regardless of gender identity, to learn strategies for effective pumping when planning to return to the work force. Common topics for discussion are picking a quality breastpump, making a plan with your employer, how to build a freezer stash, and breast milk storage and handling.
We welcome one parent registrant plus a guest.
