The Southwest Regional Trauma Conference (SRTC) strives to accommodate our participants while maintaining a fair and consistent cancellation and refund policy. The SRTC Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy apply to all registrations for the conference scheduled to take place on June 6-7, 2024. Please review the following policies:

Refundable Cancellation (On or before May 6 2024):
Registrations canceled on or before May 6, 2024 are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Non-Refundable Cancellation (On or after May 7 2024):
Registrants canceling on or after, will not be eligible for a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
