During your consultation, a dietitian will work with you to complete assessment of your overall nutritional status in support of your particular diagnosis. Based on that assessment, they will create a personalized treatment plan to help you get the nutrition they need.
Our staff will help set up your nutrition counseling session with a referral from your primary care doctor or medical specialist. You may want to talk to your physician about the benefits of nutrition counseling when you request your referral.
