Frequently Asked Questions

To retrieve your login name you will need the e-mail address in your Banner Health Career Center profile. If you no longer use the e-mail address in your candidate profile or don't remember the e-mail address in your profile, contact the Banner Health careers team. Because of security restrictions, Banner Health is not able to supply your career center password.

Your account will unlock after 30 minutes. In this time, we recommend retrieving your login name and password. You will need the e-mail address in your Banner Health candidate profile. If you no longer use the e-mail address in your candidate profile or don't remember the e-mail address in your candidate profile, contact the Banner Health careers team.

Banner Health’s job search is considered a “live” website. Each position posted on the Banner Health Career Center is available and open to receive applications. Check Bannerhealth.com/careers everyday as the job postings can change on a daily basis.

If you cannot locate the position on the Banner Health Career Center, the position is no longer accepting applications. Banner Health is not responsible for job postings that are out-of-date on other job boards.

If you no longer see the position listed, the position is no longer accepting applications. You can review your application status by logging back into the Banner Health Career Center. 

Each job posting includes a job summary section. You must meet the minimum qualifications of the position to be considered. 

When you apply for a position, you will receive a notice stating, “Congratulations! You have successfully applied for this job posting.” and you will also receive an automated email showing receipt of your application. You can also check to make sure you completed the application properly by reviewing the My Submitted Applications from the candidate home.

You can check the status of your application by logging in to the Banner Health Career Center. There are a number of steps in the application process. We display status updates on your career center profile for each job that you applied to. The following is a list of the application statuses:

  • Application Received - We have received your application and the recruiter has not yet reviewed applications for this position.
  • Application Under Review - A recruiter is reviewing your application.
  • No Longer Being Considered - More qualified applicants are being considered or you withdrew your application from consideration. If you withdrew your application from a job in error, contact the Banner Health careers team E-mail the careers team. Please note that this does not prevent you from being considered for other position(s).
  • Under Consideration - The recruiter has reviewed your application and has sent your information to the hiring team for consideration or you have been reviewed by both the recruiter and the hiring team.
  • Hired - Congratulations! You have accepted a new position or will be transferring to new position. For questions, please contact the recruiter managing your position.

The pay range/rate for a position will be discussed with the Banner Health recruiter during the interviewing process.

Banner Health receives a large number of applications. Please check your Banner Health Career Center profile for application status updates. If you are being considered for an interview, a recruiter will contact you when they need more information or their hiring manager would like to meet with you.

Login to the Banner Health Career Center and look for the cloud icon on the top, eight of the screen.  Click the icon and navigate to the candidate home.  On the candidate home you will be able to:

  • Update your contact information
  • Update your job alerts
  • Review the status of submitted applications

Unlike the previous Banner application system, the current system generates a unique application each time you apply.  The system only stores your last application.  When applying the second time, you’ll have the option to start with the information from your previous application or start a new application.

 

Each application is taken under consideration for hire. Banner Health recruiters have multiple positions to fill and there can be hundreds of applicants for any given position. Typically, applicants will receive an email to reflect the status update of their application. Applicants will speak to a recruiter if their application is selected by the hiring team.
