Banner Medicare Advantage Dual HMO D-SNP members, are you interested in getting more involved with your health plan?
Join us on December 14th for our Enrollee Advisory Committee meeting! It’s a great opportunity to meet health plan staff and learn about a variety of health and wellness topics. Members who are selected as committee members also get an opportunity to voice their opinion on any health plan changes. We come together once a quarter to share insights, exchange ideas, and enjoy each other's company.
