GLENDALE, Ariz. (April 19, 2021) – Banner Health offers media the opportunity to tour its first “Banner Health Center plus” in Glendale at 8 a.m. on April 22, prior to a 9 a.m. ribbon cutting ceremony with Banner Health and local leaders.
The Health Center plus, a first for Banner, will provide primary care and a full array of specialists in addition to advanced imaging equipment, laboratory services, pharmacy, community classrooms, concierge-style services and a café all in one location.
“This is a much larger, much more exciting footprint than we have seen in our other health centers,’’ said Becky Kuhn, Banner Health chief operating office. “We are very pleased to be able to offer this to the community.’’
The new campus will open with a three-story building, with 130,000 square feet for 11 specialties, including orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, endocrinology, gastroenterology, obstetrics/GYN and behavioral health
