Mark E Wallace, MD, MPH, member of the Banner Health Board of Directors, is a Family Medicine physician and public health practitioner who currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for Sunrise Community Health and the executive officer for the North Colorado Health Alliance.
During his medical career, Dr. Wallace was an active medical staff member at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica, California, and Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado. He has served in graduate medical education leadership positions for Family Medicine programs at UCLA and Banner North Colorado Medical Center. He was the former Executive Director and Chief Health Officer for the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment in Colorado.
In addition to Banner Health, Dr. Wallace serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Health Foundation and the Center for Improving Value in Health Care.
Dr. Wallace holds a medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California and a master’s degree in public health from the Fielding School of Public Health at the University of California Los Angeles. He holds board certification in family medicine.
