OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner North Colorado Medical Center- In Person

This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included.

Please bring snacks, water and dress comfortably each class.

On the second class session please bring 2 pillows

Please register expectant mother only - spouse/birth partner is included.
