OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Del E Webb Medical Center- In Person

This is a three day series that will take place on August 15^th, 22^ndand 29^th from 6:30pm-9:00pm.

This class is open to any couple preparing to have a baby, especially those who are planning on delivering at Banner Del E Webb.Topics include preparing for labor & deliver, stages of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, medical options and practices and positions for labor and cesarean birth. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended for all expectant mothers during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy.

Please remember to bring snacks and water to each class, along with two pillows and comfortable clothing.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and proceed to Woman's Center or Tower C for Auditorium B. Auditorium is down the hallway near the Women’s center entrance

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
