Cancer Services at Wyoming Medical Center

Almost all of us have been impacted by cancer in some way. Whether you’ve experienced cancer personally or you know a friend or family member who has, cancer touches us all. The American Cancer Society estimates that 1 in 4 people die from cancer, making it the second highest killer among Americans behind heart disease.

We understand that a cancer diagnosis can be shocking, scary and life-altering. Our oncology physicians are dedicated to providing cancer diagnostics and treatment to thousands of Wyoming residents every year.

To provide the best possible care, WMC is committed to sustaining collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations in the area and around the state, such as Rocky Mountain Oncology (RMOC) in Casper.

We offer a wealth of services to cancer patients and their loved ones, including:

  • Cancer screenings
  • Radiation therapy
  • Chemotherapy
  • Systemic treatments
  • Massage therapy
  • Yoga therapy
  • Physical therapy
  • Acupuncture therapy
  • Support groups

The Wyoming Medical Center Foundation’s Angels Cancer Care Program is made up of cancer survivors, friends, family, and community members who give of themselves and their gifts to make sure that no one is left to fight cancer alone. From the moment that someone is diagnosed, the Angels are available to encourage and support patients and their families. If you would like to learn more about our Angels and their services, please call (307) 577-4355.
