About Us

Our team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, and others who provide treatments aimed at improving quality of life. Team members have specialized training in symptom management, as well as the ability to help patients and families establish goals and stay fully informed about their treatment options.

Conveniently located throughout Northern Colorado, the palliative care teams work closely with the patient, family members and other healthcare providers.

• Coordinate referrals to other resources as needed
• Assist with planning of future care and treatment.

Palliative care optimizes quality of life by anticipating, preventing and treating suffering. Palliative care is appropriate at any age and at any stage of an illness, and can be provided along with treatments that are meant to cure. The palliative care team is also available to see patients in the hospital and in an outpatient clinic.
