With Banner Medicare Advantage, you will receive a quarterly allowance on your OTC card. You can also use this card to access discounts on everyday products. Easy Ways to Shop:
- In-Store: Shop in participating stores such as Albertsons, CVS, Fry’s, H Mart, Safeway, Walgreens, and Walmart
- Online: Click Here to order items anytime online using the OTC catalog. Orders will be shipped to you at no extra charge. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for delivery.
- Phone: Order items by phone using the OTC catalog: (855) 577-1359, TTY 711, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week from October to March; and Monday through Friday from April to September.
- Mobile App: Order items by using the Healthy Benefits+ mobile app. Information on downloading the mobile app will be provided with the OTC catalog.
