Banner Behavioral health offers intensive outpatient programs that treat many behavioral health issues. This is a structured group therapy program that enables individuals to receive appropriate care while maintaining their daily routines. Our programs are provided for adults and adolescents which occur three hours a day, three times a week for a total of 8 weeks. We provide four treatment tracks as followed:
- Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Group (ages 13-17): Individuals will learn to identify and effectively address current issues while providing the necessary skills to help navigate important adolescent milestones.
- Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program: Group is designed for adults of all ages who need to process and work through depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, and much more.
- Adult Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program: Group is helpful to anyone struggling with emotional dysregulation, interpersonal relationships, impulse control, and more. The goal of group includes replacing problem behaviors with more adaptive ways of coping with distress.
- Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program: Group aims to help individuals understand the role of addiction in their life, including triggers, and addictive patterns while identifying coping skill to maintain abstinence from addiction/achieve sobriety.
