Compliance Communication

Banner Network Southern Arizona (BNSA) supports the quadruple aim goals of: improving the patient’s experience of care, improving the health of populations, encouraging a healthy work-life balance for health care workers and reducing the per capita cost of health care. To meet these goals and our commitment to compliance, BNSA must ensure that our first tier, downstream, and related entities (FDRs) operate in compliance with the applicable law and regulatory guidance.  BNSA has created this website to facilitate its responsibilities of communicating BNSA's compliance expectations and to assist in providing a consistent process for oversight of the BNSA FDRs.
