In addition to Banner Health, Anne Mariucci serves on the boards of three NYSE publicly traded companies. She spent the majority of her corporate career with Del Webb Corporation, retiring as president following a merger with Pulte Homes in 2001. She went on to serve as Pulte’s executive vice president of strategy until 2003.
Mariucci served an eight-year term on the Arizona Board of Regents, during which time she was chairman and held numerous leadership roles, including a board director position with the University of Arizona Health Network prior to its merger with Banner Health in 2015.
Mariucci’s board service includes private equity and private investment entities, community service organizations and philanthropic organizations. Among them are Hawkeye Partners in Austin, Texas; ASU Foundation; Banner Health Foundation; Fresh Start Women’s Foundation; and more.
Mariucci earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona. She also completed the Corporate Financial Management Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
