Sandy Dugger was named the CEO of Banner Lassen Medical Center in 2018.
Dugger has been with Banner Health for 32 years and brings to the role a vast amount of experience in operations and Human Resources. Prior to taking the helm of Lassen, she was the Chief Operating Officer for Banner Community Hospital and Banner Platte Community Hospital in Wyoming.
Dugger studied Human Resources Management and Organizational Development at Colorado State University-Global Campus.
