OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Tucson- In Person- December 7th & 14th

IN PERSON CLASS- PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR A MASK.

We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices. A tour of our OB area is included.

Please bring a pen, two pillows, a large towel or yoga mat, and dress comfortably.

Please bring water and snacks.

This class is recommended for all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy.

Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please.

AHCCCS participants must contact (602) 230-CARE (2273) to register.

Class Room:
Hospital Main Entrance, Tower 1, Floor 5, Classroom 504- your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Major Cross Roads:
Campbell Avenue between Grant and Speedway or Campbell and Elm.

Parking:
Surface level parking available or Parking Garage B (the first garage that you pass when entering from Campbell onto Elm Street).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
