Caring for a loved one going through the organ transplant process can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Join our Caregiver Support Group, held on the third Wednesday of each month via Zoom for 1.5 hours. This group is a safe and supportive space for caregivers at all stages of the transplant journey, whether you're just beginning the process or have been providing care for some time. Connect with others who truly understand the challenges, emotions, and responsibilities that come with being a caregiver.
Participants share experiences, offer encouragement, and exchange practical advice on coping strategies, self-care, and navigating the complexities of transplant care. Whether you need guidance, reassurance, or simply a listening ear, this group is here to support you every step of the way.
You don’t have to do this alone—join us and find strength in community.
If you are a caregiver to someone who has had an organ transplant or is awaiting transplant of any organ, please consider attending a monthly meeting.
