Come meet others going through the same challenges as you. This support group is designed to address the needs of all people with liver disease, pre and post-transplant, and their caregivers. The group is a confidential and safe place for participants to share without judgement. The duration of the meeting is 1.5 hours and is facilitated by a Licensed Social Worker. The conversations are directed by sharing of the group members and may include obstacles, milestones, celebrating victories and discussing bumps in the road. Each meeting is dynamic and can vary depending on the group’s focus. The goal is to support each person by surrounding the participants with people who share similar experiences, coping with liver disease and treatment.
