Most of us know how important good, refreshing sleep is to our alertness and mood. But did you know it’s also important for your health? Research has linked poor sleep to stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, and even Parkinson’s disease.
Come learn more about the important connection between sleep and your brain health. The conversation will be hosted in two parts. The first session in this two-part workshop series on September 8th with Stacy B. Thacker. The second session will tie all the important sleep health information to how it impacts your brain on September 22nd, presented by Movement Disorders Director Dr. David Shprecher.
While not required, you are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions to engage with both experts on how to improve your sleep to preserve and protect your brain health!
