We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices. A tour of our OB area is included.
Please bring snacks, water and dress comfortably each class.
Please bring 1-2 pillows, a yoga mat or blanket.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
AHCCCS participants must contact (602) 230-CARE (2273) to register.

Desert Bloom- your instructor will be at the doors to let you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Major Cross Roads:
Southern & Dobson. Banner Desert Medical Center is located just North of the 60 on Dobson.
Parking:
Park outside Banner Children’s and use the Women and Children’s entrance to enter the hospital. Please arrive ten minutes early.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).
