OB Childbirth Prep Class & Tour- Banner Payson Medical Center- In Person

We recommend this class to all expectant mothers and their support person during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy. Topics include: preparing for labor and delivery, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation exercises, comfort measures, positions for labor and delivery, postpartum changes, as well as medical options and practices. A tour of our OB area is included.

Please bring drinks, snacks and dress comfortably.

This class is a one day class which will be held on November 1^st class will be held 4:30pm-8:30pm.

Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).
