This prenatal class covers all the information you need to get started nursing your baby including breastfeeding techniques, nutrition, breast milk production/storage, and going back to work. We encourage your spouse or support person to attend this class with you. This class is recommended for all expectant mothers during the 7^th or 8^th month of pregnancy.

Discounts will be available by signing up for our complete OB class package, featuring all three OB classes. This includes: OB Childbirth, OB Baby Care and OB Breastfeeding. Participants must registered for all three classes at the same time to receive the discount. Please note this is only for OB Childbirth in person and in-person/virtual for baby care and breastfeeding classes.

Cancellation Policy:
There is a $10 cancellation fee and no refund within one week prior to class start date. To cancel or reschedule your class, you must contact 602-230-CARE (2273) during regular business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm M-F).

Joining by Computer:
- Click "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in your meeting invite.
- Choose to join via the web or download the desktop app. If you already have Teams installed, the meeting will open automatically.
- If you don’t have a Teams account and it’s allowed by the organizer, you can join as a guest by entering your name. If you have an account, sign in for access to meeting features. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting immediately or wait in a lobby.

Joining by Mobile Device:
- If you have the app, select "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" in the invite to open and join the meeting. If not, you'll be directed to the app store to download it.
- Join as a guest by entering your name if you don’t have a Teams account. If you have an account, sign in for full access. Depending on settings, you may enter the meeting directly or wait in a lobby.
