This class is open to anyone preparing to have a baby, including those who are planning on delivering at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. Topics include pregnancy discomforts, nutrition and exercise, preparing for labor & delivery, stages of labor, relaxation and breathing techniques, positions for labor & delivery, medical options, cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery. A tour of the OB Unit is included. This class is recommended during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy.
Please register expectant mother only (one support person is included - no children please).

Class Room: Family Life Education Classroom - Come in through the front entrance of the hospital and take a left. Signage will be posted.
