The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center, under the Head and Neck Institute at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix provides comprehensive oral and maxillofacial care. From routine oral surgery to complex maxillofacial reconstruction, our highly specialized care providers can help you today.

We are able to provide state of the art care to patients seeking routine oral surgery such as dental implant placement, wisdom tooth extraction, as well as services for those seeking maxillofacial surgery for more complex jaw and facial reconstruction procedures from acquired or congenital conditions. 

In order to better serve our patients, our experts routinely collaborate within the Banner Health and University of Arizona health systems, between other academic medicine institutes and centers, as well as with the many community physicians and dentists in Phoenix and all of Arizona who refer their patients to our center.

  • Benign oral and maxillofacial pathology, including osteoradionecrosis and medication osteonecrosis of the jaws

  • Dental extractions for patients prior to receiving radiation/chemotherapy/solid organ transplants
