Banner’s Community Clinics are staffed by experienced health care professionals, including a nurse practitioner and a bilingual medical assistant, who provide caring, compassionate and free health care services to children from uninsured families around the Valley.

Payments Accepted

Patients are asked to pay their insurance co-payment at the time of their visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as personal checks or cash. Any outstanding balance is due within 30 days.
