We offer extended office hours Monday through Friday and stay open and available through the lunch hour. We can help manage your care with our variety of specialty services.

Our Banner Health Clinic provides quality care from each one of our specialties. Under the care of our qualified specialists we offer many services such as consults, in office procedures and smooth set up for outpatient procedures in our hospital. Our providers work alongside our experienced support to ensure you are well taken care of from the time you were referred to the end of your treatment. We are conveniently located behind Banner Payson Medical Center.

We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
