Jessica Fraker, MD

Internal Medicine

Physician, Banner - University Medical Center Internal Medicine Clinic
“As an Internal Medicine physician, I have been trained to evaluate and treat adult patients, including in preventive healthcare as well as longitudinal management of chronic and complex medical conditions. I believe this is accomplished most effectively when a physician understands the patient as a whole person and is able to approach their medical care with that perspective. My goal as a primary care physician is to build long-lasting relationships with my patients and their families so that we can work together to best care for the patient’s health.”

Michelle Huddleston, MD

Internal Medicine, Pediatrics

Physician, Banner – University Medical Center Internal Medicine Clinic
I believe in caring for the 'whole' individual and recognize the importance of listening to the patient.

Jennifer Nelson, DO

Internal Medicine

Physician, Banner - University Medical Center Internal Medicine Clinic
As an internal medicine and pediatrics trained physician caring for patients through the entirety of their life is something I am honored to do. I consider the patient physician relationship the most important part of patient care and building relationships with patients and their families is something I deeply value. I am committed to providing outstanding patient care and believe that an extremely important component of this is to consider and treat the whole person and not just their disease process.
