I had the occasion to visit the Banner Urgent Care at Tatum and Thunderbird on Saturday December 3rd for what I thought was flu symptoms. I was greeted by Lorsheena who was friendly and professional. I was taken back to the examining room by Aurora who was also very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. The PA, Patricia Layton came in, checked my vitals and answered all my questions. She was amazing! I could tell when she came in and started talking that she was sweet, kind and caring. Her voice was very soothing and it made the appointment very pleasant. After the appointment was over, she answered more of my questions. PA Patricia was incredible and made my visit much more pleasant! Please make sure all these people’s managers are notified of their fine work! Thank you. Dana Hallman
