About Us

Concierge medicine in Arcadia, Phoenix: Banner Health's concierge medicine program is a fee-based membership with limited enrollment to ensure personalized attention. Each physician cares for no more than 300 patients, allowing for more time and attention.

• Convenient telehealth visits

Comprehensive member support: Concierge members also receive help with specialist referrals, unlimited health coaching through the SENS Solution® Wellness Program and a dedicated phone line. Membership is available for both individuals and families, with reduced rates for additional household family members. Please note: membership fees do not cover medical expenses. 

Executive physicals in Phoenix: Our executive physicals focus on prevention and early detection. These one- or two-day exams include physical exams, blood work, imaging, cardiac testing and medication reviews.

Executive physicals may include:

• Complete physical examination
• Blood work, including lipid profiles and diabetes screening
• Imaging services (bone density, X-ray, CT heart scans, mammograms)
• Cardiac testing (stress test, echocardiograms, EKG)
• Medication review with a clinical pharmacist
• Vision and hearing tests
• Fitness and nutrition assessments
