Banner Health Center located in Queen Creek, Arizona, offers convenient primary care and sports medicine care in your neighborhood with on-site labs and X-rays, evening and Saturday hours as well as same day appointments. We can meet your whole family’s medical needs.

We serve children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients in the southwest Valley with our family medicine, internal medicine, pediatric and OB/GYN providers. In addition, a general surgeon is available to meet with our patients for consultations and post-operative care. The team is committed to personalized care with an emphasis on preventive medicine and patient education.

Sports Medicine

Whether you are a college or high school athlete, club team player, or weekend warrior, if any injury occurs, you want to get treatment as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of sports medicine care to young athletes and active adults who are injured during participation in any recreational or athletic activity.

We offer comprehensive care for athletic, workplace, and musculoskeletal injuries. Our dedicated team of physicians, neuropsychologists and athletic trainers offer the best care for injury assessment, treatment, and return to normal activity.

Dedicated to treating your physical and mental wellbeing, behavioral health services are available in clinic or thru telehealth with a licensed Behavioral Health Manager. A Behavioral Health Manager will work with you to develop a care plan that addresses your mental health and helps you navigate difficulties you may be experiencing in work, at home or in social settings. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
