The Skilled Nursing Facility at Banner Boswell Rehabilitation Center is a short-term, inpatient facility designed to maximize your functionality, so you can return to your normal lifestyle as quickly as possible. Patients at our facility are provided the opportunity for a seamless transition throughout their journey of recovery.

Length of Stay

Our Banner Boswell Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation Center has one of the lowest length of stays in the industry and an excellent nurse‐to‐patient ratio. While your stay will be as long as appropriate, our Interdisciplinary Care Team determines the right time for discharge to the next level. Our Facility is known for its low hospital readmission rate which supports our understanding of the right time for discharge.

We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
