At Banner Health Clinic, we have primary care providers specializing in pediatrics and family medicine to support the health needs of your entire family. We are not just your doctors; we are your partners in caring.

About Us

We provide yearly physicals including well woman and male exams and sports physicals, as well as medical management for chronic diseases and preventive care including immunizations. 

Insurances Accepted

Most major insurance accepted. Please check your own plan for details.

Payments Accepted

Patients are asked to pay their insurance co-payment at the time of their visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as personal checks or cash. Any outstanding balance is due within 30 days.
