The Representative will register you by conducting a brief phone interview to gather information for your medical record and billing. Additionally, they will confirm insurance eligibility and benefits, check on insurance pre-approval, provide an estimate of financial liability and assist with Banner payment options like an up-front payment plan or financing eligibility. Pre-Registration in advance of your service helps to expedite the check in process on the date of your appointment.
