Maternity Discharge Packets/Info

Congratulations on your new family member! Banner Health’s maternity staff is ready to help every step of the way – even when you’re at home.

Before you’re discharged, we offer you the option to educate yourself a little more using the following services*:

• Pre-discharge education videos for new mothers to watch on in-room iPad
• A personalized in-room library cart for each patient to read prior to discharge
• The option to attend post-delivery classes if the mother was unable to attend prior to delivery

Once you’re discharged from the hospital after your delivery, you’ll be sent home with the following items:

• A clear Banner Health tote bag
• HALO Sleep Sack
• “Banner Loves Babies” onesie
• Infant hat
• Baby box starter kit

Banner’s expert staff is here to guide you through your entire post-discharge and delivery journey and set you and your baby up for a happy, healthy future.
