Making healthcare easier

Administrative Fellowship:

The Banner Health Administrative Fellowship is a paid, 12-month program that provides foundational skills for future leaders consisting of department rotations, project management, one-on-one mentoring and attendance at various facility and health system meetings and events. Rooted in diversity and inclusion, each Administrative Fellow is assigned a preceptor from the executive team for the duration of the fellowship program. The fellowship provides participants exposure to various aspects of academic medicine, community delivery and the functions of one of the largest integrated healthcare delivery systems.

Veterans Fellowship:

The Banner Health Veteran Fellowship is a program in partnership with the Arizona Coalition for Military Families and the Departments of Defense SkillBridge program dedicated on providing hands-on experience and professional training to active duty military members who are within six months of separation from the military. The program aims to facilitate the participants transition from military service to a purposeful civilian career.

Project Search:

Project SEARCH is a program that provides real-life work experience combined with training in employability and independent-living skills to help young people with significant disabilities make successful transitions to a productive adult life. The Project SEARCH model involves an extensive period of skills training and career exploration, innovative adaptations, long-term job coaching, and continuous feedback from teachers, skills trainers, and employers. Banner Health’s partnership with Project SEARCH involves facilitating the on-site training program for up to twelve months with the goal of placing the interns in nontraditional, complex and rewarding jobs at our facility.
