The Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Support Program is dedicated to meeting the unique medical, emotional and psychosocial needs of individuals aged 15 to 39 who are facing a cancer diagnosis. This comprehensive program provides age-appropriate resources, specialized care coordination, and a supportive community designed to empower adolescents and young adults throughout their cancer journey. By bridging the gap between pediatric and adult oncology services, the AYA Program ensures that patients receive individualized care tailored to their stage of life.
