Banner Health is partnering with Sera Prognostics to offer the PreTRM® Test

Preterm birth is a leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. Preventing preterm births improves short- and long-term outcomes for both mom and baby. Sera Prognostics’ PreTRM testing protocol should improve the health of Sofia, plus provide cost savings due to reduced NICU utilization and long-term expenses required for preterm infants.

Introducing the PreTRM® Test

  • First and only broadly clinically validated, commercially available test of its kind
  • Single blood draw between 18 and 20 6/7 weeks gestation
  • Analyzes two placentally-expressed proteins combined with biometric variables to provide highly accurate prediction of spontaneous preterm birth in asymptomatic singleton pregnancies

Test is fully covered at no cost to patients
