September 2024 - Scottsdale Development Review Board unanimously approves design for Phase I Banner Health Center plus.
May 2025 - Groundbreaking for Phase I, including 120,000-square-foot Banner Health Center plus: ambulatory surgery, pharmacy, imaging, Banner MD Anderson oncology services, and multi-specialty clinics.
July 2025 - Banner submits a Conditional Use Permit request for Phase II: a 640,000-square-foot hospital with 106 beds at initial build out.
