How to Apply for Pharmacy Residency

APPLICATION DEADLINE: January 5

Candidates must complete and submit an electronic application for the residency program of interest using the ASHP PhORCAS centralized application system.

All of the Following Materials Must Be Received Through PhORCAS

• Letter of Intent
• Curriculum Vitae
• Official Copy of Transcripts
• Match Registration Number
• Three Letters of Recommendation

A PhORCAS standardized reference form must be completed and submitted by three references. Ideally, two references should be clinical clerkship preceptors. The third reference may be either another faculty member or a supervisor at your place of employment.

Interview Requirements and Scheduling

• An on-site/virtual interview is required
• Application materials must be received prior to candidate interview(s)
• Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an on-site/virtual interview
