The Banner Air Communications Center, known as FlightComm, is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, with a minimum of two flight communications specialists on duty. Because of the unique challenges our communities face, it was vital during the inception of the program for us to ensure our communication center was local. Today, we take pride in being close to the communities we serve.
As a team, we work hand in hand with Banner Transfer Services and our local EMS dispatch centers to provide an even more seamless transfer for our Sofia and bring reliable and immediate critical care support when needed the most.
