Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults 40+

Many behavioral health issues can be treated without hospitalization through our intensive outpatient program (IOP). This structured yet less restrictive form of group therapy enables individuals to receive appropriate care while maintaining their daily routines. Our mental health IOP supports adults 40 years of age and older who need to process and work through depression, anxiety, grief, relationships and much more.

This group:

  • Utilizes dialectical behavioral therapy and teaches skills that can be implemented immediately to help manage one’s emotions.
  • Focuses on teaching skills such as mindfulness and emotional regulation that are helpful in restoring balance and harmony in one’s life.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program runs three hours per day, three times per week. The program includes individual sessions and medication management with a psychiatrist. Please call (970) 820-2640 for the current schedule.
