B – UFC/ACC is dedicated to improving care and services for all members. We do this through quality improvement activities in all care settings. Our key goals include:

  • Safety: Responding quickly to incidents, helping members stay healthy, and supporting recovery.
  • High-Quality Care: Providing care that respects different cultures and languages, especially for those with complex health needs. Everyone should have access to good care.
  • Care Coordination: Ensuring seamless collaboration among healthcare providers. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Following all state and federal healthcare regulations. 
  • Better Health Outcomes: Using data to improve both physical and mental health outcomes.
