Performance Training and Skills Development

Performance training is essential and should be integral to all athlete training routines. Training allows the body to gradually build strength and endurance, improve skill levels and build motivation and confidence. It also allows athletes to gain more knowledge about their sport and enables them to learn about the importance of having a healthy body and mind.

The Banner Sports Medicine High Performance Center uses Optimum Performance Training (OPT), an evidence-based training system that has been researched and proven in virtually every sport. OPT has allowed athletes at the highest level of professional and elite sports as well as amateur and youth athletes to maximize their performance.

Our unique model allows us to deliver, monitor and adapt personalized and progressive training to enable athletes of all ages to improve performance.

We use a combination of functional exercise and a wide array of tools, equipment and technology to deliver data-driven workouts and consistently track results to ensure each athlete reaches their goals.

In addition to general human and sport performance programs, we offer athletic and/or skill development programs for athletes and performers across various sports and activities.
