Banner – University Family Care/ACC (B – UFC/ACC) is partnering with Assurance Wireless. Together we provide health support via phone or text at no cost to you. As a member or guardian of a B – UFC/ACC member, you may qualify for Assurance Wireless Unlimited, an Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) plan. 

The monthly Assurance Wireless Unlimited monthly plan is at no cost to eligible B – UFC/ACC members. You may be eligible for no cost cell service with the Assurance Wireless Lifeline program.
