Telehealth for Alzheimer’s

If you or a loved one is experiencing memory loss or you've been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia, we are here for you. We will provide you with education, support and resources for you and your family.

While some of your appointments will be in-person, there are times when it may be more appropriate and convenient for you to see your provider via a video visit. Virtual care can be used for:

  • Ongoing assessments
  • Consultations
  • Follow-ups
  • Prescription refills

Telehealth Alzheimer's is a fast, convenient and safe way to talk with your provider.

Telehealth is not intended for use in emergencies. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is a video-enabled visit with a health care provider. A virtual care appointment lets you have a video visit with your doctor, safely and securely, no matter where you are. Learn more about Banner Health’s Telehealth services

What Do I Need for a Telehealth Visit?

For a video visit, you will need a smartphone, laptop, computer or tablet with video and internet capabilities. For a step-by-step tutorial on setting up your device, visit our Telehealth Resources page.

While video visits are an option, we also have in-person location options to care for patients with memory disorders. Our team of experts conducts comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses and develops individualized treatment plans. Talk to your provider about your appointment needs to discover the best option for you or your loved one.
