Banner Sun Health Research Institute has basic scientists and physician-scientists discovering how to prevent and treat age-related disorders.

• Home to a world-renowned Brain and Body Donation Program .
• Center for Healthy Aging which is a biopsychosocial study of longevity and successful aging.

Banner Alzheimer's Institute, which is internationally known, has a goal to end Alzheimer’s disease without losing a generation.

• Received funding from the National Institutes of Health to expand our Positron Emission Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging suites to help our researchers as well as medical researchers throughout Arizona.
• Collaborated with other academic, scientific and industry leaders to launch the global Alzheimer’s Prevention Initiative to study people who are at high risk for Alzheimer’s before they develop symptoms.

Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center collaborates with physicians from MD Anderson and other nationally recognized oncology research consortiums on the latest and most advanced trials.
