Bladder Cancer

The bladder is a hollow organ located in the pelvis and is part of the urinary tract that includes the kidney, ureters and urethra. Bladder cancer mostly affects men and women aged 55 and up. Bladder cancer starts in the lining of the bladder and spreads into the bladder walls or, in later stages, to other organs.

Prostate Cancer

The prostate is a gland about the size of a walnut positioned in front of the rectum between the bladder and the penis. It surrounds the urethra, the tube that drains urine from the bladder, and produces seminal fluid. Prostate cancer develops in the prostate gland when cells in the prostate grow uncontrollably and form a tumor. Prostate cancer is the most common type of cancer among men aged 50 and up.

Kidney Cancer

Also known as renal cell carcinoma, kidney cancer arises from the cells that filter the blood and produce urine. Kidney cancer is the eighth most common cancer in the US, with over 80,000 cases diagnosed every year. It may be treated with surgery or other localized treatments if it has not spread. Kidney cancer that has spread beyond the kidney is usually treated with either targeted therapy or immunotherapy..
