Back To For Health Professionals

Start your career with an award winning health system

Banner Health invests in our nurses by training them to confidently and safely deliver excellent patient care. We care about you, your nursing career today, and your future.

The Program

The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health has received the highest  accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP). Banner Health’s New Nurse Experience (NNE) provides a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and transition from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse at Banner Health. The successful candidate will be offered opportunities in units at Banner Health facilities to be clinically mentored by staff, educators, facility leaders, and NNE leadership. Within the program we hope to successfully match your desired service line with the needs of the business.
