The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Banner Health is recognized by the ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program® (PTAP) as an IndustryRecognized Apprenticeship Program (IRAP). Banner Health’s New Nurse Experience (NNE) provides a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and transition from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse at Banner Health. The successful candidate will be offered opportunities in units at Banner Health facilities to be clinically mentored by staff, educators, facility leaders, and NNE leadership. Within the program we hope to successfully match your desired service line with the needs of the business.
During the application process, you will be asked which facilities and units you would most be interested in. We do try to accommodate your top choice but, due to business needs at the time we receive/review your application, you may be interviewed for your second and/or third choice facility and/or unit. You can check the status of your application by logging back into your profile on the Banner Health Career website. If selected to move forward in the process a recruiter will reach out to you directly.
